Meet our Pastor
Glenn and Debbie Hill come to us from Springfield, Illinois, where they served in a three church district. They now live in Springfield, Tennessee, where Glenn is pastor of Cross Plains Seventh-day Adventist Church and Ridgetop Seventh-day Adventist Church. They have served in Michigan, Illinois, California, and Korea. Glenn has been a pastor, Academic dean of SDA Language Institute, and a religion teacher in a small Bible college. Debbie has been a hospital chaplain. They have two adult sons, and a daughter-in-law. They look forward to time with their children where possible.
Glenn loves languages, stair racing, trail running (and marathon running), eating durian, hiking, Sudoku, wordie, music, and a variety of other things. Debbie loves music, hosting groups, time with family, and learning more about royalty, among other things. They both love time with each other, and getting to know people.
They would love to get acquainted with you. If you are planning a visit to Cross Plains SDA church, the second Sabbath (Saturday) of the month is a great choice since it is when we have our fellowship meal. The worship service is at 9:30 AM and there is a Bible Study which follows each Sabbath.
